毎日新聞創刊75周年を記念して制作された、寿銅製の鶴首花瓶です。作者は鋳金作家「文石」。茶道具・華道具を手がけた作家による、端正で格調ある作品です。
鶴首花瓶は首の伸びやかな造形と安定感ある胴部が特徴で、茶道の席花や床の間飾りとして用いられてきた伝統的な器形です。寿銅特有の赤味を帯びた色調と、落ち着いた経年の風合いが美しく、静かな存在感があります。
木箱には「寿銅 鶴首花瓶」「文石作」および毎日新聞社の記念墨書きがあり、本体底部にも刻印あり。量産品ではない公式記念の美術工芸作品です。
サイズ：高さ約22.5cm、胴部直径約8cm。状態良好。
木箱には割れの修復有ります。
Authentic Japanese bronze crane-neck vase made to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Mainichi Shimbun. Crafted by metal artist Bunseki, known for works 新品 in tea ceremony and ikebana.
The elegant Tsuru-kubi form is a traditional shape valued in Japanese tea culture. Made of Judo bronze with a warm reddish tone and refined aged patina.
Signed on the bottom and accompanied by the original wooden box with commemorative calligraphy. This is an officially commissioned art piece, not a mass-produced souvenir.
Size: approx. 22.5 cm high, body diameter 8 cm. Excellent condition.
